We pack and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. The total delivery time within Poland is usually up to 7 calendar days.

We will inform you about the shipment by email with a tracking number.

We ship by DPD courier to all EU countries except Cyprus and Malta.

Prices are given in Polish Złoty, and the cost of delivery to EU countries in Euro - the final amount in your currency is visible in the cart before placing the order.

Tracking your shipment

We send the tracking number by email at the time of dispatch. If the status does not change after two business days, please write to us - we will check what is happening.

Damaged shipment

If the package arrived damaged, please write to tellme@agataterebus.com and attach photos of the packaging and contents. We will take care of it.

You do not need to draw up a damage report with the courier - this is not a condition for considering the claim, although if you have such an opportunity, it simplifies the matter.

Unclaimed shipment

If you do not collect the shipment on time and it returns to us, we will contact you to determine further steps - we can resend it or cancel the order and refund the payment.
